Shipping Policy Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to maintain their shipping address updated. Items will be shipped to the address registered as the shipping address with Ebay/and-or/Paypal at the time of payment. Any updates to the shipping address must be made prior to payment. We only offer shipping to Confirmed Shipping addresses. It is the buyer's responsibiity to receive the package, or pick it up from the carrier's location. If the package is returned because of the failure of the buyer to receive or pick up the package, we will not be responsible. Failure to receive or pick up a package will result in the buyer having to pay reshipping costs (the shipping and handling costs for the reshipment of the package). Alternatively, if a refund is requested it will be issued, not including shipping and handling costs and minus a 15% restocking fee. Return and Refund Policies We will not accept returns if we are not contacted about, and approve, any intents of returns to us by the buyer. Items must be shipped out within three days of permission is attained for a return. All returns are at the BUYER'S EXPENSE (including regular returns, and factory defective items) If items arrive defective, broken or damaged we must recieve a notice of damaged items ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL. We will not accept returns for damaged items if we are not notified of the damage on the same day of arrival. On items that are over $100: Although shipping insurance is optional, if it is not purchased we are not responsible for DAMAGES, OR LOSS.
