I have a Bird Thruline Wattmeter Model 4111 Serial #879, FWD 150 W, RFL 15 W, Freq. 25-175 MHz. If I remember correctly this unit is from the Oregon State Police radio Department. I purchased a large lot of radios about two years ago and this was in one of the boxes. I haven't sold anything in the last two years as we were doing remodeling on our house. Now my wife says sell or its going to the dump!!! I have not tested this unit but if it doesn't work you can return it for a full refund and I will rebuilt it and test it for the next ebay customer. It comes with a case which has the top flap almost worn out. The meter itself seems in great visual condition. I will mail the item priority mail with delivery confirmation in the USA. I have downloaded and will include a partial copy of the User Manual for this item. It is online if you need more information about it. If this is sold outside the USA I will not give a refund as it just gets to be a big hassle. Please see the followng pictures and watch for my future auctions of radio equipment. Thanks John Tharp
