Description This Auction is for a: EMR Schlumberger 720 PMC Bit Synchronizer. This item is in the condition shown. It powers on and was pulled from a working environment for upgrade. The auction includes only what is shown. If you have questions about this item please email before bidding. This item is guaranteed to be in the described condition. Shipping We only ship Through Fedex. We do not ship to bidders who live outside the Continental United States. Those who live outside the United States but can have the item shipped to a location within the US may also bid. For those who have the item shipped to them in this manner (shipped domestically then internationallly) everything is sold as is with no returns. It is our policy to try and have your item shipped within two business days (M-TH) of receipt of payment unless the item must be crated (if the item is to be crated then we will have it shipped within 4 business days). If there are to be delays then we will notify you as soon as possible. Payment Policy We expect to recieve payment or notification of payment sent within 7 days of the auction closing. We accept payment through paypal but prefer personal check/cashier's check/money order. If paying by personal check we will contact you when the payment has been received and ship the item when it clears (usually 3-5 business days). If you are sending a personal check/cashier's check/money order then please go through the Ebay check out process so that there is not a misunderstanding about payment. If we do not recieve communication from the buyer within 7 days then the item will be relisted and a "non paying bidder" claim will be filed. Gaurantee & Refund Policy We do our best to describe each item we sell to the best of our ability and when specified in the description we will gaurantee the item to be in that condition but when an item's functionality extends beyond or ability to test it then that portion of the item is sold as is. If an item is not in the condition described then once the item has been returned we will refund the full amount paid for the item including all shipping expenses. We will also work with you to have an item repaired if that is prefered. If there is an issue with the item that falls under as is then we will accept the return of that item and will refund the cost of that item but not the shipping expenses. Any issues that you have with the item must be brought to our attention within 7 days of your receipt of the item (determined by the Fedex delivery date) or we will not accept the return or grant a refund. If we do not recieve the item with in 14 days of the complaint then no refund will be granted and the item will be returned at your expense. .
