This HP 1631D was one of my fathers favorite and most cherished pieces of test gear. It has saved many hours of troubleshooting time. This analyzer is easy to use and does not take long to figure it out. Comes with the pods (0-4) but the clips have been lost when we moved dad's shop back to the home. If we find them they will be included as well but for now they are not part of the auction. Unit does come with the power cord. Now here is the only problem we know with this unit. Some time back the screen image just faded away. Dad did some checking and found that the CRT has gone bad. The rest of the analyzer is fine but the CRT is shot and MUST be replaced. The back of the unit has a port connector, HP-IL, HPIB and accessory power connectors. I do not know if any of these are capable of working with an external monitor or display. I am told that you can still get the CRT from Agilent but I do not know that for sure either. It is an excellent analyzer and has served my dad well. With a little mainenance you can have one H&!! of a logic analyzer and at a fraction of the cost of buying one from a used equipment store!
