HP 4193a Vector Impedance Meter with Probe & adapters The 4193a measures impedance Magnitude and Phase Three 3-1/2 digit displays for Magnitude, Phase, and Frequency This unit has HPIB Includes probe, 04193-61152 BNC adapter, and 04193-61153 component adapter 5 impedance ranges: 10 ohm, 100 ohm, 1 kohm, 10 kohm, 100 kohm 400 kHz to 110.0 MHz variable measuring frequency, with a maximum resolution of 1 kHz. Spot measurement, or swept frequency measurements. Passes self test Shown testing a 100 ohm HP 16345a probe calibration standard at 10 MHz (not included) I have checked this unit with using the various probe test values and test frequencies and have gotten accurate results. I have checked the test frequency at several points and it was correct. I have sent the instrument several commands and took some readings over the HPIB and it responded correctly. No other tests were performed on this instrument. Serial number 2206 J 00841 This unit is fair cosmetically, with some scratches and dings on the front and on the case. Comes with Probe, 2 adapters, CD with copy of operation & service manuals (PDF), and power cord. Will ship to United States only.
