We have a Heathkit, Model IT-21, Tube Checker/Tester for sale. We do not have the manual for this checker. We plugged it in, it comes on, controls seem to work. The tube chart dial works good. It is in good physical condition. It is missing three knobs on the bottom row for the setting slides. Should not effect the working condition. If you have any questions, please email.
