PAYMENTS PACKING/SHIPPING All auction items including packing & shipping charges are to be prepaid before shipment, no later than 30 days after close of auction. We accept Wire-transfers, Postal money orders, cashier's checks, company checks. PayPal is accepted but governed by PayPal policies. We reserve the right to hold shipments paid by company or personal checks until checks clear. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. WE SHIP TO US ADDRESSES ONLY. YOU CAN BID IF YOU HAVE A US ADDRESS FOR US TO SHIP TO. Almost all units will be packed using bubble wrap/foam. For heavier pieces we will use double walled boxes (350 lbs test) to insure the safe delivery of your equipment. This packing will be invoiced at $15 for items up to 50 pounds. 50+ pounds will be invoiced at the rate of $30 in addition to the regular shipping charges. An invoice will be provided with every shipment. An packing slip will be provided with every shipment. We use UPS ONLY! We do not allow local pickups at this time for safety reasons. It is your responsibility to check the unit immediately upon delivery for transportation damage. Should you receive our shipment with an obviously damaged shipping container, please retain all packing material and notify the carrier and us immediately. AS-IS RETURNS We list items in AS-IS condition. Unit powers up unless otherwise stated in description listed above. Below are the reasons why the unit is listed AS-IS: - We do not do any operational testing to determine operational status due to lack of accessories, manuals or knowledge. - Man hours for testing would exceed expected sales price. While we do our utmost to provide an unbiased accurate description about the condition of the unit, your assessment of the condition or appearance may be different. Therefore, if a unit does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to come to a satisfactory resolution. You must contact us within 5 Business days after you receive item. Warranty seals must be undamaged to receive refund. SALES TAX ACCESSORIES Arizona bidders are required to pay 8.1% sales tax unless an acceptable resale certificate is provided. Any accessories, manuals, etc. that are included are itemized in the auction listing. If it is not listed, it is not included.
